Fourthtrack Systems designs and produces interface converters and fibre line drivers which are applicable to both the service provider sector and the enterprise sector.

The MicroMux G.703 to X.21 interface converters are deployed by service providers as a demarcation device at the customer premise. They are also deployed by enterprise users to connect the X.21 ports of Routers to the G.703 interface of a service provider two megabit leased line / private circuit.

The MicroMux G.704 supports Nx64k data rates on the X.21 port. It is used by service providers to offer sub-two megabit services, and by enterprise users, where access to the full two megabits of the G.703 circuit is not available e.g. timeslot zero, and in some cases timeslot sixteen, must not be used by the enterprise subscribers application.

The Easilink range of products support G.703 to fibre conversion over single mode and multimode fibre, with total transparency to data and line clock.
