EasiLink E1 to G.703 General Information
The EasiLink G.703 range of fibre optic E1 to G.703 interface converters is a great solution for extending the operating distance of your E1 2.048Mbps service. Also ideal for cross-campus interconnection of G.703 communications equipment e.g. PBX to PBX. Noise immunity, range, flexibility and security are just four reasons why fibre optic interconnect is so popular. Multimode and single mode versions are available offering a range of up to 30km. Both structured (G.704) and unstructured (G.703 unframed) services may be supported as the EasiLink is protocol transparent. Connectivity for both 75 Ohm and 120Ohm G.703 is provided on one unit. An internal power supply is used with an IEC power cord ensuring stability in network critical applications. The power supply is 100~240VAC, 50/60Hz (autosensing) for mains power world-wide. Note - must be used in pairs.
