MicroMux G.703 General Information
The MicroMux G.703 is a low-cost, high-specification G.703 to X.21 interface converter, used in applications where a communications device (e.g. router) with an X.21 interface needs to be connected to an unframed E1 2Mbps private circuit which is presented as twin BNC (75 Ohm) or RJ45/RJ48C (120 Ohm.) A MicroMux G.703 to V.35 version is also available. EIA530 and RS449 may also be supported by the use of adapter cables. Connectivity for both 75 Ohm and 120Ohm G.703 is provided on one unit. An internal power supply is used with an IEC power cord for mains versions, ensuring stability in network critical applications. There are three power supply options : 230 VAC, 50Hz; 100~240VAC, 50/60Hz (autosensing) for international applications and -48VDC.
