MicroMux G.704 General Information
The MicroMux G.704 interface converter provides a low-cost solution to framed/structured E1 network access. It can support the full range of Nx64k data rates with any combination of time slot assignments. The MicroMux G.704 may also operate as an unframed/unstructured G.703 converter at the full 2.048Mbps. Both X.21 and V.35 interfaces are supported (V.35 by use of the appropriate adapter cable and on-board jumpers.) EIA530 and RS449 may also be supported by the use of adapter cables. Connectivity for both 75 Ohm and 120Ohm G.704 is provided on one unit. A simple-to-use configuration menu allows fast set up. An internal power supply is used with an IEC power cord for the mains version, ensuring stability in network critical applications. There are two power supply options : 100~240VAC, 50/60Hz (autosensing) for mains power world-wide and -48VDC.
