Pricing policy

Our recommended retail prices are shown on this web site, exclusive of VAT. If you are a reseller, internet service provider, systems integrator, telecomms provider or large corporate please contact us for a special quotation. As we are the manufacturer we can offer very good discounts, especially for larger quantities. We will do our utmost to ensure we quote you the best prices in the United Kingdom - in fact we will endeavour to better any price quoted elsewhere for products of similar functionality and quality so please do "give us a try!"

Bank transfer

In certain cases payment may be made by letter of credit. 

If you wish to order from us and don’t have a credit account please call so that we can discuss the easiest way for you to place your order.

How to order

Orders are accepted by post, email and fax – address and contact details are shown above. 

Verbal orders are only accepted if payment is immediate or prior to delivery e.g. by credit card.

The following information is required on your order :
Company name
Invoice address
Delivery address, contact name and telephone number
Purchasing contact name if different to above
Purchasing contact’s telephone number or email address
Purchase order (PO) number
Order code of item(s) required
Quantity for each item
Unit price
Delivery charge (if applicable)

Overseas orders

If in the European Union please also advise your VAT number.  Payment can be accepted in Pounds sterling, Euros or US dollars.

Delivery

Please note that all quotations are ‘ex-works and exclude VAT. Delivery and insurance will be quoted separately if required.  We have many years of experience in shipping all over the world so if you would like us to arrange international shipping for you please ask when you request a quotation or place your order. Collection from our premises in Reading is also an option by prior arrangement.
