All Fourthtrack Systems products are delivered with a 12 month warranty, commencing from the date of invoice. Extended warranties are available, please call for a quotation.
Fourthtrack Systems warrants that the equipment shall be free from any manufacturing defect for a period of 12 months from the date of invoice to the customer.
In the event that a unit needs repair, please contact Fourthtrack Systems with the type of unit in question, serial number and problem description. A Returned Material Authorisation (RMA) number will be issued and you will be advised of the address to which the unit should be sent. The cost of return delivery to Fourthtrack will be borne by the customer, Fourthtrack Systems will pay for return delivery to the customer.
All repairs are dealt with on a 'return-to-factory' basis. If a unit is found by us to have failed due to a manufacturing or component defect within the twelve month warranty period we will either replace it or repair it, without charge, at our discretion. If the defect has been caused by misuse there will be a charge. Fourthtrack Systems reserves the right to charge a 'no fault found' fee if a returned unit is tested and found to function correctly to specification.
Out of warranty products can generally be repaired for a fixed charge. Please contact us for details. Occasionally a product may be deemed by Fourthtrack Systems to be beyond economical repair. If this occurs the customer will be informed of the nature of the defect and offered a suitable replacement product.
